About
Welcome. I am a member for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS or Mormon) This blog is where I am putting my LDS thoughts, quotes, and ideas. This is not an official website of the church. This is just a blog full of my doings with the church as I serve in my various callings.
I was born and raised as a member of this church but I know this church is true on my own behalf. I have a testimony that Jesus Christ is my Savior. He came to this earth as a perfect man, was crucified, and rose three days later. The atonement is real and I take part of its blessings everyday. I know that Jospeh Smith prayed in the Sacrad Grove and took part in restoring the gospel back onto the earth. I am inspired by our living prophet, Thomas S. Monson, and look forward to our General Conferences where we are taught by living prophets and apostles. I have read the Book of Mormon. I know the Book of Mormon is a true book that was written as another testimony of Jesus Christ and translated by Joseph Smith for our day. I know that the Temple is a Sacrad House of the Lord and my family is sealed together for all time and eternity. I am not perfect but I am striving to do what is right and listen to the spirit in all of my daily activities.
I am currently serving on priesthood assignment as a Righteous Uses of Technology Specialist. We are installing a computer lab in the Stake Family History Center. I have been serving in the Young Women’s Program as a Mia Maid Advisor. We completed the 4th year hike summer 2008 and I learned a great deal about who I am on the 16 mile hike to the peak of Mt. Charleston. I was just recently called as the Relief Society Secretary and look forward to serving my sisters and friends.
